April 7 - General Conference
Our friend Quinn recently tried out for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and got in. He has had many hours of practice and rehearsal to get ready for his first General Conference session.
We were pretty darn excited as we searched him out.
Our Ninja and Princess came downstairs all dressed up this morning...an often occurrence.
Yes...she even has makeup on.
Alex's FIRST Haircut!!!
Resigned to the fact that this is happening
Yea!! All Finished!
Much much better...now just time for a bath
April 13 - Autism Awareness Festival
We went to a Autism Awareness Festival with several of our friends. We had lunch, got our faces painted, played games, painted, petted snakes and a large tortoise (which Alex could not stop saying hello to), had a balloon release and much more.
Afterwards there was a baseball game. We had a wonderful afternoon.
April 17 - Paint Face
I have been in the process of redoing my kitchen and have therefore been painting assorted projects. Unfortunately, I left out a small cup of yellow paint assuming it wouldn't be
within reach. Deary me. Definitely not juice. Yuck.
Calendar Moment: Alex started walking around on his own between things. Getting more confident! Also pulling up to standing without using anything...just leg muscles.
April 18 - Dishes?
Our growing mister has been attempting to help with the dishes as of late. My oh my.
Menchie's Frozen Yogurt
We thought it would be fun to take our kiddos out for a special treat. They were THRILLED.
Silly silly boys.
Getting Daddy!
Chalk Hands!

I love love love all the candids! Alex's photo line up of his hair cut is hilarious! And the boys silly shot!
Yay! Way to go Quinn :). Best looking choir member and that's in no way biased on my part. I totally agree that Alex's haircut is to die for! Looks like a Danny face when he realizes that he's just going to have to suck it up and wait until you're done with the clippers. Joey and Lydia's outfits are AWESOME and that cute brother/sister kiss makes me smile. I do feel for Alex and the paint fiasco though! YUCK!
